1. Consent for Information Use

I, the undersigned candidate, hereby authorise ToplineJobs to:

• Collect, process, store and manage my personal information, including my curriculum vitae (CV), contact details and references, in accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act.
• Share my CV and candidate profile with selected potential employers as part of ToplineJobs’ headhunting, talent sourcing and placement process.

2. Acknowledgement of Candidate Introduction

I acknowledge and agree that:

• ToplineJobs acts as the introducing headhunting and talent advisory firm to any employer to whom my CV or profile is submitted by ToplineJobs.
• Such introduction remains valid regardless of whether I:
– have previously known the employer,
– later submit my CV directly to the same employer,
– am contacted independently by the employer after such introduction.

I agree that I will not directly or indirectly bypass, circumvent or undermine ToplineJobs by independently engaging, negotiating, interviewing with, or accepting employment from any employer to whom ToplineJobs has introduced me, without first notifying ToplineJobs in writing.

I acknowledge that if I am employed by, or accept an offer from, any employer to whom ToplineJobs has introduced me within twelve (12) months of such introduction, the placement shall be deemed a ToplineJobs candidate introduction, and the applicable placement fee shall remain payable by the employer.

I undertake to immediately inform ToplineJobs should:
• any employer contact me directly following a ToplineJobs introduction; or
• I attend an interview, receive an offer, or sign an employment contract with such employer.

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless ToplineJobs, its directors, employees and agents against any loss, claim, dispute or damage arising from my failure to comply with this agreement, including any disputes relating to candidate introduction or placement fees.

I confirm that all information provided to ToplineJobs is accurate, complete and truthful. I understand that any misrepresentation may result in exclusion from the headhunting and placement process.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms outlined above. I consent to ToplineJobs processing my information in accordance with the POPI Act and agree to abide by the Code of Ethics.
